Sunny Day 6 is located in the outskirts of Bulgaria's top summer resort Sunny Beach, only 4 km away from fine sandy beaches and plenty of entertainments. Sunny Day 6 is with built up area of 60 000 sq.m, the project impress with its magnitude and functionality and goes beyond all other Sunny Day complexes. Third installment of 20 % - October, 2008; 5. Fourth installment of 10 % - April, 2009; 6. Final fifth installment of 10% - December 2009.

Second phase [houses 21-44]* completion date - 2010: 1. 1000 EURO - deposit; 2. First installment of 30 % - October, 2007; 3. Second installment of 30% - June 2008; 4. Third installment of 10% - January, 2009; 5. Fourth installment of 10% - June, 2009; 6. Fifth installment of 10% - January, 2010; 7. Final sixth installment of 10% - December, 2010.
