RIVERLAND SKI & LEISURE RESORT

Riverland Ski & Leisure Resort is situated between Samokov and Borovets, the first and well-known Bulgarian winter resorts. It is situated on the conterminous Borovets col in the eastern part of Rila and it is located in pine woods 1390 meters above the sea level (with the highest pistes at 2600 m). Riverland will be a part of the so called Low Borovets, one of the three areas of the largest and most expensive investment and development projects in Bulgarian history - Super Borovets. The Super Borovets project will enlarge the current Borovets ski resort to encompass the nearby towns of Samokov and Beli Iskar. The Super Borovets project have been designed to bring the resort and Bulgaria to the forefront of holiday destinations and to ensure that Borovets will develop into all-year-round holiday destination with golf courses, SPA centres with mineral water treatments, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, cinemas, hiking & biking tracks as well as many other summer sports facilities. Being just a 72 km away from the city of Sofia, the Capital of Bulgaria and two hours an a half drive away from the Greek border Riverland is a perfect location for your weekend relaxation or a ski holiday. The proximity of Sofia Airport makes Riverland your best second home no matter which European capital you live in. Riverland Ski & leisure Resort is situated in close proximity with the international roads A1 and E79, lying: 72 km from Sofia (1 h); 9 km from Borovets (10 min); 38 km from Sapareva banya (30 min); 22 km from Iskar Lake (20 min). Each of the buildings comprises of four separate floors and the last one, which serves the duplex apartments. In order to assure maximum comfort to all inhabitants there are two separate entrances with elevators on both ends of the each building. On the ground floor there are ski wardrobes, service and storage rooms. There are four types of apartments in the Riverland residences - studios, one and two bedroom apartments and two-storey apartments. All apartments generally consist of an entrance hall, a living room with a dinning area and a kitchenette, a bedroom (or two) and a bathroom (or two). Riverland is situated 26 km of ski-runs of all difficulty levels; There are possibilities for night skiing throughout the whole week in some of the pistes. In super Borovetz project you can find: 19 new pistes; 65 km of superb ski-runs; 12 lifts & gondolas. One of these lifts will be a multi-station gondola, which connects Borovets to Samokov giving skiiers an easy access to the slopes from Riverland Ski & Leisure Resort. At least one of the new pistes to be constructed will take skiiers back to Lower Borovets, ensuring visitors can ski back home whichever portion of Super Borovets they reside in. Riverland Ski & Leisure Resort is on its pre-sale stage by the end of May 2008. Construction works start in June 2008. Delivery date phase 1: Winter Season 2009.

Payment plan: 1. 1500 EURO (reservation fee for an apartment or studio) and 2500 EURO (reservation fee for a duplex unit). Reservation period is 21 days from the moment of the reservation; 2. 20 % on preliminary contract; 3. 20 % in January 2009; 3. 50 % in December 2009; 4. 10 % on signing the notary deed.
