Majestic Hotel & Residence comprises of a unique 4-star hotel, together with two adjoining blocks of superbly stylish and luxuriously furnished apartments for sale: Block E - total number of apartments 165; Block D - total number of apartments 163. The luxurious apartments offered for sale in Majestic Hotel & Residence are differentiated in three categories: studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are designed and built according to the most up - to - date building techniques thus, successfully combining comfort and style with art and quality. All prices listed additionally in our price list include all necessary furnishing and also include VAT. It is imperative to note that the complex is fully ready and occupational since the end of May 2006. Therefore, all apartments are ready to be used and this means that the full purchase price should be paid when purchasing. However, we are prepared to discuss any possible options and payment plans according to individual resources. Maintenance: 7.50 Euro per sq. m once a year with VAT inclueded. Guaranteed rental income, different for each apartment.

Payment plans: First one is the following - 1. 1500 EUR reservation fee; 2. 50 % - payable on signing the preliminary contract (up to 2 weeks after depositing the reservation fee); 3. 40 % - payable 2 weeks after the first instalment; 4. 10 % payment upon notarization but not later than 2 months after the third instalment. Second one is: 1. 1500 EUR reservation fee;  2. 50 % - payable on signing the preliminary contract (up to 2 weeks after depositing the reservation fee); 3. 30 % - payable 2 weeks after the first instalment; 4. 20 % - payable not later than 2 months after the second instalment.
