THE CASTLE

Bansko has excellent mountains Alps-style, good climate, plentiful snowfalls and 2 meters of snow cover. Bansko enjoys the longest skiing season in Bulgaria, which lasts from December till May. Trails and slopes are planned for skiers of all categories. The heights of slopes range from 990 to 2600 meters, with total length of the trails 65 km. All slopes feature lights and snow cannons. The skiing school offers training of the highest class on any level of difficulty. The lessons are given to the children starting from 6 years of age.  Apart from this, Bansko is also an ancient charming city with its own history, traditions and culture, which has a balance of ecology and flora. "Bansko Castle" is a luxurious residential complex, which will be built on one of the highest points of Bansko town. Location provides an exciting panoramic view on the town and mountains (Rili, Rodopi, Pirin). Built-up area of the complex will be 24000 m of 1.5 hectares of the whole territory and will be 500 meters away from the ski lift. Complex is designed for a maximum comfort and relaxation of tourists not only in winter, but in summer time too. It will feature 237 apartments. Payment plans: 1. 2000 Euro - deposit; 2. 30 % - no later than 7 days from signing the present Contract; 3. 40 % - upon completion of the building's roof structure (roof); 4. 30 % - upon the issue of the Permit 15.

Construction is started in 2006 and is expected to begin operate fully in 2008.
