The Orpheus Valley Suites & SPA is the second and integral part of Orpheus Valley Ski & Spa Resort. This part of the complex consists mainly of studios, which are planned in order to fully satisfy the highest expectation at minimum cost. The price starts at the unbelievable 39900 Euro. The Suites offer comfort and efficiency of the living space. The studios are elegant but at the same time they use the apartment area very efficiently. The common parts are reduced to minimum. Orpheus Suites and Spa is connected to the first part of the complex with a covered link, which provides easy access to all the recreation and leisure facilities.

STUDIO - Orpheus Valley Suites & SPA represents the newest trends in the development of vacation apartments: efficiently allocated independent areas on about 30 square meters. This is the best value-for-money investment as it has all the features needed for attracting large number of tourists. In spite of its 30 square meters the interior creates an impression of much larger area. All the specific areas of the studio are allocated in order to provide guest with maximum comfort. The studio provides room both for separated bedroom corner and recreation area with a comfortable sofa and a TV set. All the studios can be furnished after design guidelines of Authentic Design Ltd: Dark wood furnishing, wooden floor-oak, and warm-colored textiles are the main materials used. It is an open space, which enhances the authentic spirit of freedom and style. Every studio has mountain view of the fantastic Orpheus Valley. All suites can be air conditioned and have SAT TV and 24 hours of room service.

ALL SUITES can be fully equipped including first class kitchen appliances from leading brands. Cooking can be fun but it can also cause troubles when it comes to ventilation. All kitchen areas are connected with the complex airing system. The furniture is elegantly designed after the authentic Rhodopean tradition. The positioning of all kitchen elements is carefully chosen in order to provide guests with easiness and comfort when serving the courses at the dining table. The cozy and intimate atmosphere of the dining room will provide ground for unforgettable nights. All materials used - paints and insulation are especially chosen to comply with the specific high altitude conditions. There is one word that describes the bathroom - comfortable and easy to clean. All tiles are excellent quality and the ventilation is perfect in order to exclude any chance for appearance of mould. The cabin is cozy and it is positioned as far as possible from the basin allowing two people to use bathroom at the same time. Most of the materials are imported from Italy and Spain. The energy will be 100% provided by the sun batteries, during the summer time, which will significantly reduce service costs.

Payment plans: First one is the following - 1. 2000 Euro - deposit. 2. 30 % - advance; 3. 20 %  basement; 3. 20 % - roofing; 5. 30 % - completion. Second one is the following - 1.  2000 Euro - deposit. 2. 60 % - advance; 40 % - completion.
